(I’ll need a different company to replace the chimney cap.) Marco carefully explained the issue and took loads of photos of the problem. It's been a long time coming for this raving review, and they where deserving of it when they first finished the job! We had our roof replaced 8 years ago. Our first interaction with IWC was with Josh, and he answered any, and all questions we had when we where in the initial stages of selecting a roofing company. He was thorough and complete in all the details, and walked us through what to expect during the process of getting the roof redone. All expectations where met, along with the assurance that if there were any issues with the roof they would take care of us. They stand by their craftsmanship and have honored any warranty issues. This brings us to today. We are working with Cody, and just like Josh he has answered all the questions with patience and care. We need a few things addressed that manifested themselves during a heavy rain storm and a separate wind event. Cody promptly got their crews here within a day and took care of the concerns we had.
