Shout out to Marco at Intermountain West Contractors (IWC)! He came out to check on a roof leak which turned out to be a crumbling chimney cap rather than a problem with the new roof. (I’ll need a different company to replace the chimney cap.) Marco carefully explained the issue and took loads of photos of the problem.
