1. Sponsor

Intermountain West Contractors, LLC (IWC, LLC), located at 5526 W 13400 S #546, Herriman, UT 84096 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Utah, 18 years or older at the time of entry, who are homeowners in the Sponsor’s service area. Employees, officers, directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or any immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members of such individuals are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Entries accepted from January 1, 2026 through August 1, 2026. Winner announced on or before September 1, 2026.

4. How to Enter

There are five ways to enter, with equal chances of winning:

• Purchase Entry: Receive ten (10) entries for every new roof purchase.
• Referral Entry: Receive five (5) entries for each qualified referral provided to Sponsor. The referral must purchase a new roof.
• Social Media Entry: Receive three (3) entries for a social media post recommending Sponsor. Includes the Neighborhood app, Neighborhood Groups, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
• Review Entry: Receive two (2) entries for every online review given. Includes Google Reviews, Yelp, Angi, BBB, etc.
• Free Entry (AMOE): Handwrite your full name, address, phone number, email, and the statement “Get Your Roof Free Sweepstakes Entry” on a 3×5 postcard and mail to: Intermountain West Contractors, 5526 W 13400 S #546, Herriman, UT 84096, Attn: Sweepstakes Entry. Mail-in entries must be postmarked and received by August 1, 2026. One entry per postcard; no photocopies or mechanically reproduced entries allowed. Limit one (1) postcard entry per person per day. Multiple entries on the same day disqualify all entries for that day.

Sponsor may use entry multipliers or award entries for actions deemed qualified at their discretion during the sweepstakes period.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: A refund of the base cost of one roof installation completed by Sponsor during the Entry Period. Verifiable Retail Value: Up to $15,000 (exact value based on winner’s contract; average market value for a standard roof installation in Utah). If winner entered via referral or free entry and has no roof contract, prize awarded as a cash equivalent up to $3,000. No additional costs (e.g., add-ons, taxes, installation fees) included. Odds of winning depend on total eligible entries received. Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and no substitutions except at Sponsor’s discretion. Winner responsible for all taxes; a 1099 tax form will be issued for prizes over $600.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected via a random draw from all eligible entries on or about September 1, 2026, conducted using a random number generator. The draw will be live-streamed on Sponsor’s website or social media for transparency. Winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 5 business days. If winner does not respond within 30 days or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion. Winner must sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release to receive the prize.

7. General Conditions

• All entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned.
• Sponsor not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
• By entering, participants agree to these rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final.
• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries violating these rules or attempting to tamper with the Sweepstakes.
• If Sweepstakes cannot proceed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., fraud, technical issues), Sponsor may suspend or modify it as permitted by law.

8. Limitations of Liability

Sponsor, its affiliates, and agents are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation or prize use, except as required by law. Sweepstakes subject to all federal, state, and local laws.

9. Publicity

By entering, winners consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, and entry details for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited.

10. Winner List and Rules

For a winner list or copy of these rules, visit iwcroofingutah.com/sweepstakes or send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Intermountain West Contractors, 5526 W 13400 S #546, Herriman, UT 84096, Attn: Sweepstakes Request, within 90 days after the Entry Period ends.
